Born and raised in Connecticut, Sandys career focused in Information Technology Quality Assurance and Process Improvements for major corporations such as American Airlines, Aetna Life & Casualty, Travelers Insurance, Oxford Health Plan and United Healthcare.

During her 18 years in the computer science/insurance industry, Sandy made many significant hands on and managerial process improvements that streamlined the fast paced and ever changing world of Information Technology.

Sandys experience and passion extends well beyond her professional and corporate accomplishments and is one of the reasons she is in love with Southwest Florida.  When not involved in real estate, you will find her in her secondary office, the great outdoors!  As a child, Sandy could be found with her brothers fishing the trout streams in Connecticut.  Her love for the water is never ending. While living in Connecticut you could find her wading or boating her favorite streams, lakes, rivers or oceans chasing a variety of fish ranging from native brook trout in the Connecticut hills to Striped Bass, Bluefish and False Albacore in Long Island Sound. Sandy has pursued bonefish and permit in the Bahamas, Mexicos Yucatan and Floridas Biscayne Bay. Sandys parents moved to Port Charlotte and later Northwest Cape Coral in 1986. Sandy caught her first Tarpon on a flyrod from her Mom and Dads Cape Coral backyard. Visiting here several times a year and then finally moving here in 2004, shes been happily capturing and releasing Tarpon, Snook and Redfish from her flats boat ever since.

Sandy doesnt stop there, shes a life member of Coastal Conservation Association and sat on its Board of Directors in Connecticut. Shes also a member of the International Game Fish Association and Trout Unlimited. Sandys love for the water doesnt stop at fishing, Sandy previously crewed on a 42 foot racing sailboat for several years racing in places like Newport, RI, Marthas Vineyard, MA, Montauk, NY and the boats home port in Stamford, Milford and Essex, CT.

She is intimate with the water communities in both Lee and Charlotte counties. From Pine Island to Punta Gorda.  Nothing makes Sandy happier than helping homeowners market their water properties or to assist buyers in finding their slice of Florida paradise along pristine Charlotte Harbor.  You will find Sandy in her real estate office located within Burnt Store Marina.  This positions her perfectly to serve clients interested in the Burnt Store Marina as well as Pine Island, Cape Coral, Burnt Store Isles and Punta Gorda Isles, all a short 15 minutes drive away.
