Average Selling Prices

For those of us that have experienced the radical rise and fall of our local real estate market, the sight of continued new construction this year is a wonderfully reassuring sign.  Additionally, inventory levels and pricing have returned to pre-boom levels and are now rising.

Looking at the chart of the average sales price in Punta Gorda over the past 15 years leads us to believe that we are experiencing steady market growth and our growth is in line with what most of the U.S. has experienced during this same time frame as well.
