South Shore Open House!

10.02.2017 in Events, Uncategorized

We are having an Open House this Sunday, the 12th, for my four South Shore listings in Burnt Store Marina. It will be from 11am-4pm.

South Shore is a gated enclave with its own amenities, plus you’d have access to all that the marina has to offer.

12th Annual Wine & Jazz Festival 2/25/17

20.01.2017 in Area News, Events, Uncategorized

It’s almost time for the 12th year for one of Punta Gorda’s best and most popular events. John Wright, Chamber of Commerce President, put out the following information:

“The Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce is entering its 12th year of service to the community and in February 2017, the annual Wine and Jazz Festival too will be celebrating its 12th anniversary. This festival has received all types of accolades over the years and has brought such amazing acts as Ramsey Lewis, The Rippingtons featuring Russ Freeman, Peter White, Gerald Albright, Norman Brown, David Benoit and, of course, festival favorite Mindi Abair.

“We want 2017’s festival to be something special. A true celebration to honor those who have made the festival what it is today” said John Wright, President of the organizers, The Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce. The talent line-up for 2017 is now being set and, according to Wright, the bar has yet again risen to bring the very best of world-class jazz artistry to Punta Gorda.”
