Burnt Store Village was developed in the late 1970’s as a Deed Restricted single family community. While a handful of homes were built in the 1980’s, most of the development of homes took place during the housing boom in the 2000’s. The community currently has approximately 300 homes built on the 1475 lots in the community. Public water & sewer are available in the community, along with cable and electric.
