Meet Our Team
I have always had a strong interest in real estate and obtained a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Finance. I was the Director of Community and Business Banking, financing thousands of commercial properties and/ business loans. After moving to Florida, it seemed natural to pursue a career in Real Estate. I obtained my Real Estate License and have been handling real estate sales in the Burnt Store/Punta Gorda area since 2000. During that time, I have been involved with roughly 1000 properties totaling over $240,000,000.
I am on the board of the Michael Saunders Foundation where I make a donation for every real estate transaction I complete. The foundation supports many of the charities that are so important to me including the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition; the Backpack Kids; and AMI Crossroads, a charter school for foster boys. I love sailing in the local waters, yoga, and hiking with my husband.
What I Do:
I am the Administrative Manager and am responsible for ensuring a smooth closing for all. You may also find me showing property, staging and photographing new listings, and streamlining our team’s workflow. I basically oversee all administrative activities from listing to closing.
Originally from the Finger Lakes area of New York, I moved to Florida with my family at a very young age. I currently live in Port Charlotte with my husband Andy and my Alaskan Malamute, Aurora. In my spare time, you will find me shopping, playing piano, spending time with my friends, or at my favorite local bookstore (Sandman Book Company).
What I Do:
My role is to get our properties listed as quickly as possible, ensure accurate information, and process the listing documents. I keep sellers updated with showing feedback and current marketing initiatives.
Originally from Lima, Peru, I moved to Florida with my family in 1993. Though I miss family members who still live in Peru, I have grown to love it here, and have have gained strong knowledge of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte area. I have held different jobs, each one giving me new skills and areas of expertise. This one is the most fun, and really allows me to make a difference. What I do within our team matters. I enjoy cooking Peruvian meals and love spending time with my enormous family. I have a lovely little baby girl, Daniella, and I also have two furry babies, Lola and Tati.
What I Do:
I am the web manager and marketing coordinator. I make sure our listings are getting optimal online exposure, along with effective print and mail advertising.
I love living in Punta Gorda Isles. For me, it is first about the people, and second being able to live on the water. This is a small city that truly has a big heart—because the people do. My husband was a former mayor so I bring an in-depth knowledge of how the city operates to our team. I moved to Punta Gorda Isles in 2001 from New Jersey. I retired from AT&T and consulted with Computer Associates, always in Information Systems. I have degrees from Rutgers and George Washington Universities, and obtained my Realtor License in 2004. I play at playing golf, and enjoy boating. I am involved in several local charities that focus on domestic abuse and children’s needs. I have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and four grandsons—all still in NJ. I live with my husband and two fluffy rescue kitties, Sophie and Max.
